Twende is a social innovation center in Arusha, Tanzania that empowers people to solve community problems by making physical technologies—teaching, incubating, making, and selling innovation.
Why we love them
The practicality of their model unlocks students’ innovation and entrepreneurial abilities at a young age, we also love their cool ‘maker space’ where new technologies and products are constantly being developed.
