Janis Simon
Janis is Barry Segal’s daughter. She serves on the Nyaka advisory board and the SFF development committee.

Board Chair
A real estate investor by day, Martin Segal manages the endowment and oversees the foundation’s growing interest in impact investments.

Richard Segal
Rich is Barry Segal’s son. He serves as an advisor for Powering Potential, a SFF partner.

Sue Davis
Sue is the former president and CEO of BRAC USA, an organization that she co-founded to advance the global mission of BRAC, the world’s largest nonprofit.

Dolly met Barry on the tennis court in 2005. They have been doubles partners ever since.

Eve brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. She currently serves as the manager for the Africa Local Leaders Portfolio at Partners for Equity.

Isabelle Kamariza
Isabelle is president and founder of Solid’Africa, an organization with an award-winning approach to healthcare and nutrition security in Rwanda.

Jason Segal
Jason is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School in New York. Prior to graduate school, he worked in residential real estate development. He is a grandson of Barry Segal.

Julius Mbeya
Julius serves as the Co-CEO of Lwala Community Alliance. He was the 2018 recipient of Segal Family Foundation’s Angel for Africa Award.

Kristen has been a steadfast supporter of Segal Family Foundation since its inception. She is committed to fostering meaningful connections among our partners.

Matt is a deputy litigation director with Center for Science in the Public Interest, focused on consumer class actions. He is a grandson of Barry Segal.
