Patrick Ndikumana
As the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Love and Hands, Patrick Ndikumana employs the asset-based community development model to empower underserved communities to leverage local resources for long-term impact. Under his leadership, Love and Hands serves over 1,700 people annually across Rwanda. Born and raised in Burundi, Patrick pursued a career at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, and development; he has a background in business administration and a MicroMaster in supply chain management from MIT. Patrick led IDEA4Africa’s initiatives in Rwanda, equipping youth with entrepreneurial skills to drive economic progress. A certified civic leadership trainer, he leverages human-centered design to transform challenges into opportunities.
