Women in Management Africa is aimed at improving gender balance and diversity on boards and in leadership roles, in line with the international benchmark for sustainable business practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Why We Love Them: They assist corporate organizations to harness diversity and build more inclusive workplaces while also helping career women develop leadership capacity and raise their visibility and representation in the marketplace. To top it off, WIMA provides data and research services to investors, regulators, and other institutions interested in gender diversity to help inform strategies and policies.
