Project Description
Katswe Sistahood is a feminist movement of young women and girls who use their enhanced agency and voice to take leadership in ending gender-based violence.
Partner Since: December 2022
Why We Love Them: At the individual level, their safe spaces “Pachoto” allow young women to engage in sustained dialogue on issues that relate to their bodies whilst also creating opportunities for skills development and livelihood opportunities. At the community level, they are engaging all stakeholders to ensure that the burden is not placed just on the women.
