The CTSOE (Centre Tertiaire de Santé Oculaire de l’Enfant) is a child eye health program that promotes actions to prevent childhood blindness by early disease detection and timely treatment.
Why we love them
As the only existing pediatric ophthalmology center in Burundi, CTSOE is performing critical work saving children from blindness.
