Wangari Ngunjiri

Wangari supports grantmaking and community building efforts in our Kenya hub.

With a background in research and fundraising, she brings a unique skillset to the Segal team. Wangari is passionate about feminism and shifting the dynamics within the philanthropic sector. She holds a B.A. in economics and anthropology, an honors degree in economics, and an M.A. in development studies. Wangari previously led the global grants management of Justice Defenders.
