Temwa Msiska

Temwa is a Program Officer based in Lilongwe, Malawi. She supports Segal’s Southern Africa partners through Active Partnership and conducts due diligence on potential and current partners.

Temwa joins SFF with experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams across borders in health research, tourism, and the arts. She has worked in organizational development in African tertiary education institutions, managed WASH behavior change interventions, and overseen product development projects in Malawi. She pivoted from health research to tourism, consulting for development implementation partners and establishing her own tour operator business.

She holds a law degree from the University of Wolverhampton and an MBA from BPP University College. She loves to engage with people as they reflect on and articulate their aspirations, facilitating their journeys by connecting them with champions and resources.
