Caroline is a Program Officer based in Kigali. She works with SFF partners based in Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, and Francophone Africa while also coordinating SII-Rwanda.

Caroline holds a degree in agriculture sciences with a major in rural development and agribusiness from the University of Rwanda, as well as a Master’s degree in Global Health Delivery from the University of Global Health Equity. Prior to joining SFF, she worked for three years as the Rwanda Programs Coordinator for Global Health Corps (GHC) and served as the Agriculture Training Manager at Gardens for Health International, where she had also served as a GHC fellow. In her free time, Caroline enjoys writing, reading great books, dancing, cooking, and traveling the world.
