
Talla Cisse
Talla Cisse and his father co-founded FOHSEN (Foundation for a Healthier Senegal), a non-profit dedicated to transforming maternal and infant health in rural Senegal. FOHSEN works alongside community members and local health officials to find sustainable solutions to current health challenges in Senegal, including training community health workers to bridge the service access gap. Talla was named an AGYLE 40 Under 40 leader in Africa and a Champion for Change by the American Institutes for Research. He holds two master’s degrees – in public administration (finance) from the University of Delaware and international education policy from Harvard.
