Peter Genza

Peter is the program manager of Bless a Child Foundation, which provides care and psychosocial support services to children suffering from cancer and related illnesses. During his tenure as program manager, Bless a Child Foundation has grown to be able to host nearly 100 families at a time.

Peter serves on the board of the Uganda Cancer Society, the umbrella organization that brings together all civil society organizations in Uganda working in the field of social oncology. He is also a board member of Amigos Worldwide, a non-profit that equips marginalized people with leadership and entrepreneurial skills for community empowerment and transformation.

Peter is a founding member of the Pirates Rugby Union Football Club, one of the oldest rugby clubs in Uganda. He is an ardent DIYer and loves to build furniture.
