Nambula Kachumi
Nambula Kachumi is the founder and executive director of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Access Center (WEAC), where she builds pathways for women and youth entrepreneurs to access skills, capital, and markets across Zambia. Under her leadership for the past fifteen years, WEAC has supported more than 6,700 women and youth entrepreneurs and established satellite centres in remote and underserved parts of the country; this has contributed to job creation and enterprise growth in both urban and rural communities. Nambula is also the founder of an early learning centre that provides scholarships to underprivileged children in her community, reflecting her deep commitment to girls’ education and investing in opportunity from the earliest years.
