Mark Chilongu
Mark Chilongu is the co-founder and executive director of Africa Directions, an indigenous Zambian youth-focused organization. They work to advance young people’s rights in Zambia by providing safe spaces for access to sexual and reproductive health information and services, recreational activities, and life skills training. Africa Directions also runs community centers in high-density urban areas and trains peer educators to drive dialogue about youth issues through approaches such as participatory theatre. Mark is a social worker with a Master of Science in project management from the University of Zambia; he is also an accomplished theatre artist, acting coach, choreographer, and director.
