Lydie Hakizimana
Lydie Hakizimana is deeply passionate about Africa and believes that the missing ingredient on the continent is good education. She co-founded Happy Hearts For All, which aims to provide quality education and learning materials. Formerly the president and CEO of the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, Lydie is focused on enabling the continent’s brightest students to become innovators who propel scientific education and economic self-sufficiency. She is a Rainer Arnhold Fellow, a Mandela Washington Fellow, and a Tutu Fellow.
