Khadija Shariff
Khadija Shariff is a mother, wife, and community leader committed to holistic and equitable development for underserved communities. She leads Milele Zanzibar Foundation, a locally-rooted organization ensuring that children and youth can grow, learn, and thrive. A strategic thinker and social impact leader, Khadija works to ensure women can deliver safely, children are able to learn and develop relevant skills, and youth and women improve their livelihoods. Through community-led innovation, systems strengthening, and ecosystem building, Khadija is helping shape a resilient and inclusive Zanzibar. She is a firm believer in equipping youth and women as social justice and social change agents within their communities.
