Jamila Mayanja
Jamila Mayanja is the founder of Smart Girls Uganda, a social enterprise advancing gender equity through vocational skilling, youth innovation, and climate-conscious solutions. She has led the training of over 700 youth and expanded access to education and menstrual health for more than 12,000 adolescent girls. Jamila is committed to building resilient, inclusive economies across Africa that benefit primarily girls and young women.
